Who would have thought amongst so many old and big names of Pakistan fashion industry, a young, freshly graduated designer would be the first Pakistani ever to showcase at Bangalore fashion week 2012.
Yes, you are about to know the versatile, hardworking, self made designer Rizwan Ahmed. His sense of fashion, expertise at playing with colours and boldness with cuts and embellishments gained him fame and popularity in Pakistan and internationally in a very short span of time.
Rizwan Ahmed graduated from Asian Institute Of Fashion Design (AIFD) in 2009. After working and training with many brands and companies, he launched his own brand in 2011. Since then he never looked back.
This young designer's work is a breath of fresh air with his capability to fuse eastern traditional work and embellishments with modern western cuts. This fusion gives his work one of a kind aura and makes the wearer stand out amongst the lot. His use of high quality and variety of fabrics gives a royal look and feel to the outfits. His keen interest in his customer's requirements and preferances is one of many reasons why he has long list of loyal customers internationally. Apart from owning a fashion house in his hometown, Rizwan Ahmed stocks at various stores in Pakistan, UK, USA, Canada, Middle East and South Africa.
Rizwan Ahmed was nominated for Masala awards, Dubai as best international designer in year 2013.
