Any merchandise purchased from Rizwan Ahmed e-store cannot be exchanged or returned unless a serious defect. In the rare scenario where a faulty, damaged, defected or incomplete item is shipped to you; please contact our customer service by emailing at sales@rizwanahmedonline.com within 48 hours of receiving the order. Any claims made afterwards would not be honored. The team will get back to you within 24 hours. Alternatively, the customer may even call on our customer care number 0331-2888416 between 10 am to 6 pm PST from Monday to Saturday. We are available on Whatsapp too.

 

The item of exchange must be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged by you. Goods will be exchanged / returned only if they are sent pack in their original packaging. Items should be returned unused and with all tags still attached.

 

All custom made orders are non-exchangeable.

 

All orders are final, and non-refundable, but you can exchange in an event where an incorrect item has been mailed to you. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. Please inform our customer care department in the event any Goods/Products are delivered without tags. If you are returning an item to us to be exchanged or refunded, you are responsible for the return postage costs.

 

We do not provide refund on any goods sold. We may accept returns for account credit only.

 

We are not liable for any damages caused to the Product during transit.

 

We have made our best efforts to display the colors of the outfits as accurately as possible. 

 

We are not liable for any exchanges or returns due to size issues. The customer is advised to go through our size chart and then place an order. For customized orders, the customer should provide sizes at the time of placing the order.
